[PS-9-02] Effect of Non-uniform Atom Distribution on Ferrimagnetic Domain Wall Motion Based on an Atomistic Model
In this paper, we present a novel principle for the domain wall (DW) motion driven by spin-orbit torque (SOT) in compensated ferrimagnet alloy based on a two-dimensional atomistic model with random atom distribution. The effect of atom distribution on the DW motion is mainly studied, providing new insights into compensated FiM material applications for SOT driven DW motion.
