[PS-9-05] Inserted–Gd effort on type of skyrmion in Pt/Co/Ni system
Skyrmion are novel magnetic structures with non-trivial topological properties, which display a variety of significant advantages in small size, stability and low power consumption. However, these advantages do not realize simultaneously in the application of skyrmion. To solve the problem, we choose to control the spin mixing conductance by conducting a double heterostructure which is realized by inserting the ultrathin layer between Pt and Co. In this report, we investigate Gd as the insertion material and compare the type of skyrmion and condition of skrmion generation between the sample without and with Gd by Lorentz TEM.
