[SO-PS-03-05] Investigation of Spin-Orbit-Torque-induced modulation of magnetization dynamics via rectifying planar Hall effect

We investigated the spin-orbit-torque-induced modulation of magnetization dynamics via rectifying planar Hall effect. By using nano/microfabrication technique, we prepared the trilayer or bilayer wire consisting of antiferromagnet and ferromagnet on cross-type Pt electrode.
