Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are attracted as new photovoltaic device of cost-effective and high photo conversion efficiency. For commercialization, PSCs need further development with high durability against thermal and light for outdoor use. Even the research and development, PSCs are known to have stability problem such as thermal and light, and many researchers are working to resolve these problems. In this study, we focus on hole transport layer (HTL) in conventional PSCs. Optimized HTL with ionic liquid dopant improve the thermal stability of PSC by 2 times compared with conventional PSCs.
