[SO-PS-08-02] Enhanced acetone gas sensing using zeolite functionalized graphene nanoribbon FET in the real-air environment
In this work, we report the physisorption sensing of acetone gas molecules in a natural air environment on the zeolite functionalized graphene nanoribbon (Z-GNR) field-effect transistor (FET). Z-GNR device showed enhanced acetone sensing sensitivity at 100 ppb concentration in the real-air environment. Harnessing the van der Waals bonding memory and electrically charge transfer characteristics of adsorbed molecules on the Z-GNR channel was demonstrated to detect acetone gas molecules even at parts per billion (ppb)
