2H/1T-1T’ MoS2 is typical phase existed crystal. In this work, by controlling the atmosphere during CVD preparation, 2H/1T-1T’ MoS2 are separately growth. Additionally, by z-scan technique, the phase dependent optical nonlinearity of MoS2 was observed.
