Venue

This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Oral presentation can be given at the onsite venue or online. Poster session will be held only online.

Lecture rooms of Building K and L in School of Integrated Arts and Sciences are used for oral presentations in regular sessions and Satake Memorila Hall is used for Plenary and Special Lectures.

Accomodation and Travel

For this conference, there are no arrangements of accommodation or transportation. There are hotels available in Higasi-Hiroshima City (near JR Saijo Station or JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station). In-person participants are encouraged to book their accommodation as early as possible, as availability is limited.

Babysitting Service with Nursing Room

Babysitting service will be opened in the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus. Please contact the secretariat (secre.dm@colloid.csj.jp) by August 18 (Thu) 2022, if you wish to use the service.

A luch box is sold at the 1st floor of West Welfare Center No.2 (Shop No.7).
