[46] Formation of metastable phase in Geーrich SiGe crystals by severe plastic deformation under high pressure

均一組成のＳｉＧｅ結晶について高圧ひずみ加工を行った．Ｘ線回折法による解析から，準安定相としてｂｃ８構造が形成されていることがわかった．比抵抗測定から，ｂｃ８構造は半金属的性質を有することがわかった．
