WG2 of the Management Information Div. of JPI is reading through ISA TR-106 which is a technical report for continuous process automation. This technical report, as same as ANSI/ISA-S88, is based on modularization technology. In this presentation, I will explain that the consistency between operations, processes, and plant modules should be logically designed to achieve the process automation.

廃棄物処理施設では、様々な種類のごみが焼却炉に供給されるため、燃焼状態が変化し、安定な燃焼を維持するためには熟練オペレータの手動操作が必要でした。当社は、燃焼状態のAI画像解析技術と機械学習による手動操作分析により、2019年7月に世界で初めて焼却炉の自動技術を確立。2020年7月には商品化し「BRA-ING」として6施設で活用している。本講演では、本技術の概要と導入施設の運転で得られている効果について紹介する。
