本研究ではMILs結晶合成における原料の多様化と回収後のPETボトル利用法の新規提案を目指し、PETボトルを出発原料とするMIL-53(Al) 結晶の合成を試みた。その結果、合成条件が結晶性や結晶形態に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、試薬由来と同等の比表面積を有するPET由来のMIL-53(Al)を得ることに成功した。さらにこの結晶について、水中フェノールに対する吸着除去性能を検証し、水質浄化剤としての可能性を確認した。
