[16a-Z08-6] Broadband mid-infrared spectroscopy system in the 8-12 µm

Absorption lines derived from molecular vibrations exist in the mid-infrared region, and various spectroscopic methods are researched for applications such as breath diagnosis. We have constructed a mid-infrared spectroscopic system in the 3-5 µm with high-order grating and a two-dimensional array detector. On the other hand, in the 8-12 µm, there are broad absorption lines of heavy molecules such as aromatic compounds and complex absorption spectrum unique to the molecules. In this study, we constructed a mid-infrared broadband spectroscopy system in the 8-12 µm.
