Recently, Cd-free quantum dots (QDs) have been attracting attention as light-emitting materials for next-generation displays. In this study, we attempted to synthesize InP-based QDs which have narrow emission spectrum using a micro-flow reactor with a fast temperature rise time and a uniform temperature in the reaction. As a result, a green QD with a luminescence FWHM of less than 40 nm was achieved without adding Zn, which causes defects in the core fabrication process. It is expected that the fabricated QDs can be used in devices to produce green light with high color purity.
