[16a-Z31-11] One-Color Photo-Oxidation and Reduction of Graphene for Rewritable Chemical Patterning

We report a facile and clean method for photo-oxidation of graphene monolayer and also that the graphene oxide spots can be reversibly reduced to graphene by simply adjusting light intensity. Using the photo-oxidation and photo-reduction, we further demonstrate rewritable chemical patterning on graphene canvas.
