Keywords:Graphene, Landau-level broadening

Graphene forms unequally spaced Landau-levels (LL) under the strong magnetic field. Due to this unique Landau-level splitting, it is available to use graphene as magnetically tuned infrared emitter. However, the band width of the emission spectrum is determined by the LL broadening. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the LL broadening from the emission spectrum of infrared radiation from current-injected graphene and reveal the origin of the broadening. In this talk, we compare between the LL broadening estimated from LL radiative transition and that obtained by carrier mobility.
