It has been reported that SrAl2O4:Eu2+, which is an excellent mechanoluminescent material, visualizes the two-dimensional stress distribution by spray coating. In this study, we succeeded in measuring mechanoluminescence even for complicated three-dimensional objects, which was impossible by using a 3D printer. By using this method, it is possible to flexibly deal with cases where it is difficult to set conditions by FEM analysis, and it is expected that analysis time and labor costs will be reduced. In addition, real-time and wide-range stress analysis is expected to be useful in many fields.
