[16p-P07-5] Effect of Ta, Mo, Na substitution on ferroelectric characteristics, crystal and electronic structures of Bi0.5K0.5TiO3-BiFeO3 based ferroelectric ceramics

Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is widely used as a ferroelectric material used in electronic devices, but since lead oxide is toxic, we have focused on lead-free material (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFeO3 (BKTBF) based solid solution, and investigated the relationship between the ferroelectric properties and crystal structure of BKTBF based solid solutions. In this study, we focused on (Bi0.5K0.5) TiO3-BiFeO3, prepared Ta, Mo and Na substituted samples, evaluated ferroelectric characteristics and crystal structures using synchrotron X-ray diffraction. The relationship between the ferroelectric characteristics and the crystal and electronic structures were investigated.
