In this study, the coverage property of PEDOT:PSS was clarified using SiO2 particles with controlled size (0.2-5 um). PEDOT:PSS was spin-coated with a mixture of IPA and water. The coverage property was confirmed from I-V characteristics at reverse bias. As a result, the short-circuit current increased in the device of 50 vol% IPA. We suppose this reason is that the drying process was changed by the mixed solvent.
