It is important for understanding pathology to assay IL-6 secreted from single-cell comprehensively. Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) is a candidate to detect target molecules in label free and real time. In this study, we developed a substrate integrated LSPR gold capped-nanopillar and micro well structures with two step nanoimprint. In addition, we detected biomolecules by LSPR imaging on a substrate.
