[16p-Z31-11] Single-carrier transport in moiré superlattice-based double quantum dot devices

Moiré superlattices in which graphene and hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) are stacked with the crystallographic axis alignment have attracted attention due to emerging quantum transport phenomena reflecting the moiré band. On the other hand, single-electron transport in such moiré superlattices has been less investigated so far. In this study, we report the single-carrier transport characteristics of bilayer graphene/hBN superlattice-based double quantum dot devices.
