To realize the evaluation of electrochemical impedance in a localized region using magnetic measurement, a magnetic measurement system which can measure the magnetic field at localized area was developed. A composite made of soft magnetic material and resin which has high permeability and resistivity was processed like a needle and a pick-up coil was wound around the other end of composite. By connecting the pick-up soil and input coil which is magnetically connected to a SQUID, the magnetic field at the tip of needle was measured. As a result, the developed system could measure the magnetic field at localized region and the magnetic response correlated with the AC impedance of CR circuit was successfully detected.
