Regioregular polyhexylthiophene (P3HT) attracts attention as a high-mobility semicrystalline polymer. So far, we have reported the spin-charge relationship and dynamics of charge carriers (polarons), or the interfacial molecular orientation using field-induced ESR (FI-ESR) method. In particular, we have found a phenomenon in which carriers change from polarons to nonmagnetic bipolarons under high-concentration charge injection. Here we report the effects on these electronic states and dynamics of charge carriers by employing polymers with a higher molecular weight than before.
