Ion beam analysis is developing with acceleration techniques and beam control instrumentation. Current radiation detectors have potential applications in ion beam analysis, which provide detailed information on incident particles such as incident position, particle energy, etc. Highly pixellated readout method requires high-density readout circuit, which is realized by recent integrated circuit technologies. This presentation introduces recent progress in radiation detectors.
