[17p-Z15-7] Analysis of All-solid-state Thin-film Battery based on Single Li+ Conductive Electrolyte Theory

LIZHU TONG1 (1.Keisoku Eng. Sys.)

Keywords:All-solid-state battery, Single ion conductive electrolyte, Benchmark analysis

Based on the single Li-ion conductive electrolyte theory, thin-film all-solid-state batteries were studied by COMSOL Multiphysics® in this paper. At first, a 1D benchmark model of all-solid-state batteries was examined, in which the calculation results of the discharge curves are in good agreement with the experimental data. Secondly, 2D simulations of thin-film microbatteries were performed using the benchmarked calculation parameters. The electrolyte potential and current density distributions, the Li concentration distribution in the positive electrode and the discharge curves for various discharge rates were presented.
