[18a-P03-9] Large Inverse TMR in Fe3O4(001)/MgO(001)/Fe(001) magnetic tunnel junctions

Fe3O4 has been expected to be high-performance spintronic material due to high spin polarization. However, the Fe3O4-MTJ exhibited a small TMR ratio of 30%. In this study, we fabricated fully epitaxial Fe3O4(001)/MgO(001)/Fe(001) MTJs, and observed large TMR of -55.6% corresponding to 126% in the optimistic definition. The TMR ratio showed characteristic temperature dependence because of Verwey transition of Fe3O4 electrodes.
