[18a-Z10-3] Stability Diagram of Fabry-Perot optical micro-cavity

It is important to understand the characteristics of the optical micro-cavity by curvature radius of the mirrors because of the difficulty to control these precisely for wide tunable semiconductor lasers such as MEMS-VCSEL. In this study, Stability diagram of optical micro-cavity was calculated by Fox-Li algorithm using integral kernel without paraxial approximation. In the results, Boundary between stable and unstable area became clearly in larger Fresnel number. And periodic patterns were confirmed in unstable area in large Fresnel number.
