本講演においては、放射光軟X線を集光し走査して吸収分光を行う走査型透過X線顕微鏡(STXM、分子科学研究所UVSOR BL4U)や、集光軟X線を用いた3DnanoESCA(SPring-8 BL07LSU東京大学アウトステーション)によるLIBの単結晶材料の顕微分光、および、3DnanoESCAと全固体LIBを用いたオペランド顕微光電子分光を中心に報告する。
