We are focusing on "Neuromorphic System with Thin-Film 3D-Integrated Devices and Local Automatic Learning" aiming at brain-type computers at the device level. 3D stacked integration systems can be developed by amorphous metal-oxide-semiconductor thin-film devices, and unnecessary control circuits can be reduced by local autonomous learning mimicking the living brain. We will introduce thin-film stacked integration memristors, memcapacitors, analog operations, local autonomous learning, and machine learning. We will also report the implementation of backpropagation by local autonomous learning as our latest results. We would like for you to take an opportunity to consider the application of your research to artificial intelligence.
