As a new rapid heat treatment technology, we have proposed and researched the atmospheric pressure thermal plasma jet (TPJ) technology that generates a heat flow with high power density by a simple structure [1]. In the past, we have been promoting high power (5 kw), but due to local processing, we have reduced the size, and previously the limit was 0.6 mm, but with the new structure, the spout diameter has been reduced to φ0.2 mm. , I will report that the TPJ was successfully ejected.
