Josephson parametric oscillator (JPO) is used as a qubit and its internal state is determined by the phase state of the output microwave. We consider that the degree of integration of the qubit control circuit will be improved by discriminating this phase state in an extremely low temperature environment. Therefore, we made a phase comparator circuit using the adiabatic quantum flux parametron logic that we have studied. In this study, we demonstrated the operation of this phase comparator circuit and evaluated its sensitivity.
