Keywords:superconducting circuit, quantum annealing

At present, quantum annealing, which uses the natural development of quantum states to perform high-speed calculation of combination optimization problems, is attracting attention. Superconducting quantum annealing operates by magnetically coupling quantum bits with a coupler circuit. There is a problem that the layout is limited by the energy potential and sufficient magnetic coupling strength cannot be obtained. In this study, we designed the inductance part of the coupler by connecting them in parallel, and designed a coupler that can change the mutual inductance over a wide range.
