Flexible perovskite solar cell module is fabricated by laser patterning perovskites on PET/ITO substrates and connecting the cells in series. In this study, we report on the modularization of flexible perovskite solar cells with p-i-n structure, which is a monolithic inverted structure, by laser patterning of solar cells fabricated by the anti-solvent method.
