Diamond color centers such as NV and IV-V centers have been proposed as qubits for quantum computer applications. For the IV-V color center, which has been attracting attention in recent years from the viewpoint of efficiency, composite qubits combined with 13C nuclear spins have also been proposed. However, a method for obtaining the interaction parameters of the system including nuclear spins in combination with experiments has not been established, and it remains controversial. We here propose a method to obtain the physical parameters of IV-V color centers with 13C nuclei, which is useful for the design of composite qubits.
