装置の超小型化と位相シフト高速化のため、平面導波路にヒーターを内蔵した熱光学位相シフタ内蔵型高速平面導波路型デジタルホログラフィック顕微鏡(high-speed Planar Lightwave Circuit Digital Holographic Microscope with thermo-optical phase shifter: 高速PLC-DHM)を開発し、動画像取得を実証した。PLCのヒーターとCMOSを制御することで相対位相差π/2の干渉縞画像を連続的に取得可能である。干渉縞画像から生成した再構成像を連続的に組み合わせることで動画像の取得を実証した。
