In this study, we conducted microtremor observation at buildings and ground site of the evacuation facilities, and subsurface structure of the Mikuriya area in the Daisen town, Tottori Prefecture, Japan. As a result, predominant period of the evacuation facility buildings and ground on site was obtained. Predominant period of Mikuriya area were short period band : 0.01 - 0.4s and long period band: 0.7 - 4s. The S-wave velocity of the Quaternary sediments layer in the target area were 100m/s to 400m/s, and the layer thickness was max 100m.
