[2P11] Development of atomic-resolution holography microscope (II)

We are developing an "atomic resolution holography microscope" by combining CoDELMA, a two-dimensional analyzer with high energy resolution, and a scanning electron microscope. CoDELMA is capable of displaying holograms with high energy resolution over a wide angle of ±50° on a fluorescent screen at once. Recent data will be presented.
