[19a-PA2-1] Injection locking dynamics of resonant tunneling diode terahertz oscillators

Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) is a semiconductor device that can emit continuous wave terahertz radiation just by supplying DC bias voltages. We performed injection locking of RTDs using phase-locked picosecond terahertz pulses and succeeded in coherently sampling the electric field emitted from RTDs. In this presentation, we report on the ultrafast dynamics of the injection locking of RTDs.
