[2G06] ⁹⁹Mo yields of Mo metal and MoO₃ with respect to Ta, W, Pt, and Au converters

Electron linear accelerators utilizing the ¹⁰⁰Mo(γ,n)⁹⁹Mo reaction are a promising alternative to the aging research reactors for ⁹⁹Mo/^99mTc roduction. To investigate the suitable converter for the ¹⁰⁰Mo(γ,n)⁹⁹Mo reaction, we calculated the ⁹⁹Mo yields of metallic Mo and MoO₃ with respect to Ta, W, Pt, and Au converters using PHITS.
