Recrystallized 13Cr-ODS steel and 13CrFe alloy samples were irradiated with 2.8 MeV Fe ions up to 10dpa at 673K. The size and density of dislocation loops and voids were measured for both samples by transmission electron microscopy. This evaluates the sink effect of nano-oxides in ODS steel on the formation of irradiation defects.
