[2B06] Deuterium enrichment in electrolyte using PEM water electrolysis

We have studied the separation performance of the catalyst using polymer electrolyte membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE). In this study, deuterium was concentrated in the electrolyte in a batch process by circulating the electrolyte. The relationship between the electrolysis volume and deuterium concentration was investigated and evaluated from the mass balance. As a result, approximately 95 at.% deuterium was produced.
