The difference of explicitly presenting two-sided messages(Preliminary study)
Keywords: energy issues, risk communication, two-sided messages, group interview survey
In this paper, we examine the difference of the explicitly presenting two-sided messages. The clarification of the explicitly presenting two-sided messages means that both positive and negative information is visually presented in the story of the presentation topic, and that the sender and receiver share the information and leave an impression on each other. The results of the study confirmed that the explicitly presenting two-sided messages has the effect of improving risk communication. The sender and receiver confirmed and shared risk information as they proceeded with the dialogue, and significant differences were also found in the receiver's impression of the sender and evaluation of the sender’s attitude toward the dialogue.
