[CTuA1A-05] [No-show]2 μm Ultrabroadband InAs/InP Quantum Dash Emitter for SWIR Tunable Lasers

We present a 2 μm ultrabroadband InAs quantum dash laser grown epitaxially with a 531 nm spontaneous emission bandwidth under continuous wave mode, and a lasing threshold current of 3.5 kA/cm² under pulsed mode.
