If the maximum number of benefits is reached due to the organization of the program and the availability of the venue, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

In exercising the right to hold a local luncheon seminar, you will be charged 100,000 yen (Tax included, discount not applicable to DBSJ support members, including the cost of arranging the place and lunch box) separately.

You can set up a permanent booth at the local venue of DEIM2024. Please use it to interact with participants.

 

You can present your technical efforts in the same way you present your paper.
 

Prizes can be awarded from the sponsor's own perspective to encourage outstanding research by students. Additional prizes prepared by sponsors can also be awarded.

 

We will provide the first four companies and organizations with the right to hold their own luncheon seminars. If you wish, please inform charge of academic-industrial collaboration by Friday, December 15 at the latest.

There is no specific deadline, but there is a possibility that we may not be able to get a slot for technical reports after January 10, so we recommend that you apply by then.
