前報では，粉末冶金法を用いて作製したAl2O3粒子分散Mg粉末を実用Mg合金円板両表面に積層することでその表面改質に成功した．しかし，組織の不均一性や焼結時の溶融が見られたため，本報ではそれらの改善を試みた．
