[AAS03-P03] Restructuring the MJO Simulation Diagnostics

“MJO Simulation Diagnositcs” developed in 2009 have long been used to analyze Madden-Julian Oscillation events and to compare quality of MJO simulations by global climate models. More than a decade have passed since its development, and we begin to feel the need to reorganize, as the details of the analysis are not clear when returning to the original paper. Therefore, we are re-examining the details of the analysis method and reworking the codes in Python programing language. We will report on the progress of the project.
