[7p-C11-21] MoS2-FET for Highly Sensitive Detection of Biomolucule

We report MoS2 FET experiments for highly sensitive biosensor. We observe negatively shift of transfer characteristic by dopamine adsorption on FET channel region and consider the cause. In our result, conduction characteristic of MoS2 FET shows high sensitivity for trace amount of adsorbed dopamine and it can detect molecules less than ng order.
