[14a-313-11] Electron-Iinjection Layer by Electrophoretically Deposited Diamond Nanoparticles

A thin film of diamond nanoparticles was deposited on an Al cathode by electrophoretic deposition, on which Alq3 layer and Ag electrode were vapor-deposited to form an electron-only device. The diamond nanoparticle layer was found to be effective as an electron-injection layer.
