Organic light-emitting diodes using perylene (1 mol%) as a guest material were fabricated. Three emission regions having peaks at around 450, 480 and 515 nm were observed. Also, films with different concentrations of perylene and host material of α-NPD were fabricated. Three emission regions was also observed in the PL spectra of mixed film, and the emission in the long wavelength region was increased with the increase of perylene concentration.
