[10a-N104-1] Influences of the Chemical Composition of SiNx Layers and the Thickness of SiO2 Layers on Polarization-Type PID in n-PERT Solar Cells

n-PERTセルの分極型PIDにおいて,SiNx膜の組成とSiO2膜の膜厚が劣化挙動に与える影響を調査した.本研究で用いた条件の範囲内では劣化挙動に顕著な差は見られなかった.しかしながら,SiO2膜が薄くかつSiリッチなSiNx膜を用いたセルでは,その後の光照射による急速な劣化の回復が観察された.
