X-ray phase CT has attracted much attention in the fields of medical and material science. In the measurement of flat samples, the laminography method has been proposed because most of the X-rays are absorbed by the sample in some projection angles. However, even with the laminography method, high energy X-rays are required because X-rays cannot penetrate the sample if the sample has a high absorption coefficient such as metal. In this study, we develop a laboratory phase laminography method using high energy X-rays and report its effectiveness.
