[15p-PA03-9] Effect of Elemental Substitution on Structure and Optical Properties of Ultra-thin Films of Organic-inorganic Layered Hybrid Perovskite fabricated Utilizing LB Method Ⅱ
Keywords:Langmuir-Blodgett method, Intercalation, Two-dimensional layered perovskite
We have already reported that a well-organized ultra-thin film of lead iodide-based 2D layered hybrid perovskite (2D LHP) is formed by immersing the LB film of octadecyl amine (ODA) in an aqueous solution containing lead iodide. Furthermore, the halogen element in the film can be substituted to other ones by exposing to vapor of hydrogen halides, in which the halide species are different from the original one. However, the structural characterization of such films has not yet been performed sufficiently. Here we report on changes of structure and morphology of the films during the processes utilizing XRD, UV-vis. spectroscopy and AFM.
